Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Times

• Ready-to-ship jewelry: 5–7 business days before shipment.

• Custom heirloom trees: Approximately 2–3 weeks for creation before shipment.

• Other custom artwork: Processing times will be provided when your order is confirmed.

Business days exclude weekends and postal holidays.

Shipping & Packaging

Jewelry orders are carefully packaged in a jewelry box and shipped using USPS Priority Mail, typically in a Small Flat Rate Box.

Larger artwork and heirloom trees are securely packaged according to their size and fragility. Shipping arrangements and costs for custom pieces will be confirmed before purchase.

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout for standard jewelry orders.

Delivery Times

USPS Priority Mail typically takes 1–3 business days after shipment, although delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

If your package is delayed or missing, please contact us so we can help you review the tracking information and determine the next steps.

Custom Orders

Custom heirloom trees and personalized artwork require additional creation time. Estimated completion and shipping arrangements will be discussed before your order is finalized.
