Thank you for shopping at Michalen’s Wearable Art. Each piece is thoughtfully created, and I want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Ready-to-Ship Jewelry

Please contact me within 7 days of delivery if you would like to request a return.

Eligible jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

Approved returns must be shipped within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Custom Orders & Heirloom Trees

Because custom heirloom trees and personalized artwork are created specifically for you, these items are generally final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind.

This includes pieces incorporating family jewelry, sentimental keepsakes, or customer-provided materials.

If your custom order arrives damaged or is not as agreed, please contact me so we can discuss an appropriate resolution.

One-of-a-Kind Artwork

Original mosaics and other one-of-a-kind artwork may have specific return conditions based on size, materials, and shipping requirements. Any special conditions will be disclosed before purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. Include photographs of the item and packaging whenever possible.

I will work with you to arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund.

Refund Processing

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund.
